1. Controller
ARTBOX.GROUPS GmbH, Schmidgasse 4, 6300 Zug, Switzerland, support@artboxy.com. This policy applies to stock.artboxy.com and is governed by the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
2. No account, no forms
You do not need an account to view and download. We do not ask for names, email addresses or any other details.
3. Download statistics
We count how often a photo or poster is downloaded (file, date, language of the page). This count is anonymous: we do not store any IP addresses or any information about you personally.
4. Server logs
When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser. This data is used only for secure operation and is deleted automatically after a short time.
5. Cookies and tracking
The public site uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics services. Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from Google.
6. Service providers and transfers abroad
To operate the site, we use carefully selected service providers: Vercel Inc. (hosting, USA), Cloudflare Inc. (image storage, USA) and Supabase Inc. (database). Transfers to the USA are based on the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.
7. Your rights
You can request information about your data as well as its correction or deletion. Write to us at support@artboxy.com. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
8. People depicted
If you appear in a photo and do not want to, contact support@artboxy.com. We will remove the photo immediately.
9. Changes
We may amend this policy. The version published on this page at any given time applies. The German version is the legally binding one.
